v1.2.2 - ROG Astral RTX 5090 BTF OC support (16-pin powered)

Adds the ROG Astral RTX 5090 BTF OC (subsystem id 1043:8A5A) to the supported cards. Reported by a Reddit BTF owner running the card in a standard motherboard through the normal 16-pin cable, with HWiNFO confirming live card-side per-pin readings, the first confirmation that the BTF card senses its pins card-side in that configuration.

Important BTF note: support applies only when the card is powered through the 16-pin cable. In an actual BTF motherboard (GC-HPWR slot power) the load bypasses the card-side sensors, the guard would read near zero and cannot protect that path. Details in the README.

Upgrading: git pull (or extract this release over your folder) and re-run install.bat as administrator. Or just replace astral_i2c.py and hwinfo_12vhpwr_guard.py and restart the task.
