A free, open-source Windows hardware-rescan button from Ten Thirty Two.

• Click Refresh Bluetooth or press Ctrl + Alt + Shift + B while the app is running.
• Uses Windows' built-in pnputil /scan-devices command.
• No telemetry, network calls, service resets, adapter cycling, or persistence.
• Runs as a normal user and requests one-time UAC only if Windows requires it.

Version 1.0.0 is unsigned. Windows SmartScreen may identify the publisher as unknown. Verify the adjacent SHA-256 file before running it.

This is a general Plug and Play rescan, not a guaranteed Bluetooth repair.
