Routes CLI and MCP reads and writes through @huskly/ibkr-gateway-client@0.5.0 and removes all direct IBKR access. Implements the CLI and MCP scope of huskly/ibkr-gateway#17.
Verification: npm run check (147 passed), npm run build, npm audit (0 vulnerabilities), direct-client removal invariants, and final whole-branch review all pass.
