Add Jenkins connector + control-panel review fixes

- New jenkins connector (group Dev, CI/CD): list jobs/builds, job/build detail,
  trigger build gated behind Writer; Basic auth (user + API token); plain-language
  build status from Jenkins color codes; --manifest + --test-connection. Wired
  into workspace, both CI bin-lists, app embed, registry (now 12), site.
- App review fixes: advanced fields (proxy/CA/SSL) grouped under a collapsed
  "Advanced (only if your IT team told you to)" section; soft-gate Install on a
  passing Test (confirm if untested; cleared on field edit); clearer install
  success copy; aria-pressed on the language toggle. 22 E2E green.
