PM release and content skills

Seven skills that cover what happens after code ships: the release note, the docs article, the demo media, and the posts that announce it. Each one came from a real release cycle and was generalized; product names, channels, repos, and brand values now come from config.

  • release-comms turns a deployment runsheet and a GitHub milestone into a customer release note with real screenshots and videos from the issues and PRs, docs updates (including older articles the release makes stale), and a Slack announcement draft. Nothing posts without your approval.
  • feature-doc drives the live app, captures screenshots and a screen recording, and writes a docs article with how-to steps and use cases. A read-only verifier checks it against acceptance criteria before it is done.
  • blog-publish runs a post from draft to live: bulleted TL;DR, embedded links, ASCII art, a markdown twin for agents, your deploy command, a fetch of the live URL, then social distribution.
  • social-media-kit makes card images, a terminal banner, and a teaser video or GIF for every post, with upload steps per platform and a screenshot check of the live post.
  • youtube-video-kit renders a thumbnail and an animated opening title from your brand settings, composes a music bed with ElevenLabs, and writes the upload metadata.
  • terminal-replica captures your real terminal theme, font, prompt, and statusline before drawing any terminal in a graphic, so agent screenshots look like the real tool.
  • vector-cover renders flat vector cover illustrations from an HTML and SVG template to a 2400x960 PNG with headless Chrome.

Changed

  • release-video gains plain_demo.py for demos without a window frame and human_input.py for a visible cursor, typing, and corrections, so recorded demos read as a person using the product. compose_demo.py, engine.js, and render.py carry matching fixes.
  • product-ui-taste gains references/house-ui-rules.md (rules for status indicators, external objects rendered in their source's anatomy, controls that never wrap, no hidden overflow menus) and references/semantic-zoom.md (management views where zooming in shows richer detail per level).
  • editorial-illustrations gains a blog figure kit (assets/blog-figure-kit.html, references/blog-figure-kit.md).
  • no-ai-slop syncs its eval and source notes with the maintainer's copy.

Fixed

  • cog-update.sh now registers files that had never shipped to installed users: editorial-illustrations/assets/gallery.html and the no-ai-slop LICENSE, SOURCE.md, and eval.md.
  • .cursor-plugin/plugin.json was three releases behind (3.12.0, 33 skills); it now lists all 43 skills.
  • Skill count in README, CLAUDE.md, and AGENT-SUPPORT.md updated from 33 to 43.
