Fixes Obsidian Properties in generated reMarkable notes, including documents with no tags.
- Empty tags produce a valid YAML list; blank tag entries are ignored and special characters are safely quoted.
- Property placeholders rewritten by Obsidian are recovered as ordinary values. Shipped templates now quote placeholders to prevent this problem.
- Existing malformed properties are repaired during extraction while preserving custom properties and note text.
- Templates using legacy reMarkable Bridge markers now preserve text outside the generated section during updates.
Validation: 703 automated tests, TypeScript and lint checks, and release bundle verification passed. Generated properties were also checked against existing synced notes, including empty-tag cases.
