0.0.7 — All-window overview and empty-window cleanup

Add Stale Window Cleaner: Show All Windows: a shared overview of live windows in the same local VS Code profile, with last activity, idle duration, predicted cleanup, next check, and reasons a window stays open. It refreshes about every 30 seconds. Reload existing windows after upgrading.

Empty windows now use the same idle cleanup rules as workspace windows. The default idle threshold remains 24 hours.

Unsaved-editor behavior changes: staleWindowCleaner.protectDirtyEditors now defaults to false. Cleanup uses VS Code’s normal Close Window flow, which can back up unsaved editors with Hot Exit or prompt to save. Set the option to true to restore the previous protection. The extension does not change files.hotExit; onExitAndWindowClose enables Hot Exit for workspace-window closure. macOS empty windows can still request confirmation for unsaved notes.

Validation: 15 unit tests, 13 real-host integration tests, and a normal installed-VSIX UI test that closes an unsaved workspace and verifies its note is restored after reopening with Hot Exit. Formatting, dependency audit, and secret scans passed.

0.0.6 — Local cleanup for Remote-SSH windows

Remote-SSH windows now use a local cleanup timer and Close Window command, so SSH disconnections do not remove the cleanup path. The status bar shows idle progress, protection reasons, and the last completed check. Unavailable or failed close commands are reported explicitly.

Install the attached VSIX locally, then reload existing windows. Version 0.0.5 ran remotely; its local idle timer may start fresh after migration. Default behavior remains 24 idle hours with unsaved-tab protection.

Validation: 8 unit tests, 8 real-host integration tests, actual window closure with a modal reconnect-style warning, formatting, dependency audit (zero findings), and secret scanning. The modal test models a reconnect dialog; it does not establish a live SSH connection.
