Hybrasyl XML 0.9.3.18

More bugfixes & updates in 0.9.3.x branch:

  • Add SpawnStatus structure for keeping track of group and individual spawn status (disabled, last spawned, etc)
  • Add support for async XML loading (first pass, needs improvement)
  • Use fixture for manager tests
  • ready -> isReady for consistency
  • Fix error in reindexing for localization strings
  • [HS-1358] Behavior set imports do not correctly import stat allocations
  • [HS-1356] Metafiles are not displaying percent buff text correctly
  • Change speed to tick in certain places for clarity
  • Implement named item variants (previously, only entire groups were supported, eg "Enchanted" or "Religious")
  • [HS-1341] Migrate server constants to XML config (ServerConfig.Constants)
  • Set restriction type for castable restrictions to required
