Toolving Python SDK 0.12.1

First public Toolving Python SDK release.

Conceiver client

• Create, teach, query, resolve, save, retire and restore authenticated Conceiver instances.
• Receive ANSWER or UNRESOLVED with native Markdown decision evidence.
• Request complete relevant teaching episodes with with_memory=True.
• Receive hypothesis, confident and high evidence levels.
• Recover accepted operations with stable idempotency keys.
• Receive persistence and checksum-verified storage artifact metadata from retirement.

The wheel retains LearnerClient and the local playground for earlier API deployments. New integrations should use ConceiverClient.
