v001.0023 - ensure folder/file deletions occurs bottom up so folders do not get deleted before the files in them
v001.0022 - reorganize bottom area button layout to put copy and delete orphan buttons on same row
v001.0021 - fix main UI recreation to use in-place tk rebuild instead of creating a new tk instance (huge fix)
reorganise DebugGlobalEditor_class (debug mode only) so it allows look/edit of program-global variables
incorporate extended debug logging
