Update domain lists and add whitelist entries

Update data/category-ru, data/google-play, and data/whitelist.

- category-ru: adjusted header comment, added IP-check domains (ipapi.is, iplocate.io, ip.sb) and media domains (kinescope.io, kinescopecdn.net, redheadsound.studio).
- google-play: added gvt1.com and play.googleapis.com to Google Play entries.
- whitelist: synced IP-check domains with category-ru, moved 2ip.ru into the direct checkers section, removed boosty.to, fixed newline for zentotem.net, and appended several new whitelist domains (hematonix.ru, medtrum.ru, medtrum.eu, anytimeru.com, lumiflex.ru, ican-sinocare.ru, freestylediabetes.ru, rsscenter.cloud, dbankcloud.ru).

Also minor comment tweaks for clarity.

Added domain:tildacdn.com to data/category-ru. Pruned CDN-specific/edge hostnames from data/pinterest and data/steam (removed various Akamai/edge/fastly entries and a CDN comment) to simplify the lists. Removed domain:googlevideo.com from data/youtube. Minor whitespace/newline normalization in pinterest file.
