0.1.45 — License status display

Fixes the settings 'Subscription status' panel: a lapsed (canceled/expired/inactive) license now shows its true status (Active / Expired / Inactive) instead of a misleading 'Error loading subscription status: 404'. Requires the matching backend deploy to surface expired/inactive states; the plugin gracefully falls back on older backends.
