• New voices, built in. The robot now sings with voices that ship with
  3CH (Piper), clearer than the old system voices, in English, French and
  Chinese. Nothing to install, no internet needed. Chinese subjects are read
  aloud even on a Windows without a Chinese voice.
• If a built-in voice cannot run, 3CH falls back to the system voice.
• The download is bigger (about 290 MB on Windows), since the voices come with it.
