  • Accuracy pass 5: fix 10 consolidation-drift findings Implements the 2026-07-11 documentation-accuracy follow-up report: 10 findings, mostly appendix/workflow roll-up tables that had not inherited the pass-4 chapter corrections. This message is the finding-level record of the pass. `make check` passes: source hygiene, cross-references and manifest coverage, brand index (44 rows). Fixes (report numbering): 1. A.3 PCL nozzle 85-95 -> 100-140 C by grade (3D-pen grades 80-100), per Ch 21. Deviation: bed kept at 20-30 C rather than the report's 20-45 - the wider figure traces only to a Polyfluor datasheet, a vendor the volume does not survey, and A.3 synthesizes the chapter ("bed unheated or barely warm") 2. A.3 PVDF nozzle 230-250 -> 235-265 C (FluorX 245-265), per Ch 17; bed 90-110 C was already present; FluorX product page ledgered in D.6 3. PC-CF/GF envelopes now include Ultrafuse PC GF30: Table 15.5 nozzle -> 275-330 C; Table 15.6 -> 275-300 (GF30: 280-330); A.3 -> 275-330 (GF30: 280-330). Dependent fix the report missed: Table 15.2's GF30 note said the vendor window "exceeds the Table 15.6 family range" and would have gone stale - it now reads "sets the top of the Table 15.6 family range" 4.
