Bugfix release.

Fixes:

• Great Spin Attack now syncing properly for MMR ROMS
• Adult Human Playas now have a properly working set of physics (Thanks @Aegiker!)
• Puppet now has the proper height set when Adult Playas are used.
• (Core Fix) Potentially fixed Gorman Race softlock. Please report if it still occurs.

Keep in mind that you will need the latest MM Core to use this release.
