• a,o,O: make new cell and repaint before getline is called
• Readline: Ctrl-P: fetch the value of the cell above the same column

• セル値の入力時、同じ列の上のセルの値で補完(Ctrl-I)、参照(Ctrl-P)できるようにした
• ユーザが変更したセル以外のデータは、二重引用符の有無、BOM の有無、改行コード種類など、原則的に現状を維持するようにした
