OpenIAP Docs 2.4.2

Corrective stable Docs/Spec release derived from the native package floor:

  • OpenIAP Spec 2.4.2 = min(openiap-apple 2.4.2, openiap-google 2.5.0).
  • Replaces the invalid docs-only 2.5.0 and 2.5.1 labels; those GitHub releases and tags were removed.
  • Native and framework package versions, runtime APIs, and wire values are unchanged.
  • Includes the Android offer-code contract and cross-SDK documentation from PR #243, the Expo tvOS metadata clarification from PR #244, and the canonical offer/generated-contract SSOT work from PR #250.
