OpenIAP is now backed by Amazon

Amazon joins Meta as a backer of OpenIAP — an open standard for in-app
purchases that works across Apple, Google Play, Meta Horizon, Fire OS, and
the new Vega OS. With 300M+ Fire TV devices in the field, this is a real
milestone for the community.

Amazon support is stable across the stack: react-native-iap 15.4.0+,
expo-iap 4.4.0+, and the openiap-google-amazon artifact on Maven
Central.

Docs updates

• Amazon Store Setup now
  documents stable Fire OS / Vega OS support — the old RC/next-channel note
  is gone.
