Patch release that picks up the OpenIAP Google 1.3.31 native fixes. No direct JS API changes.

What's Changed

Two Android-side fixes delivered via the upgraded native library:

• Purchase flow double-resume crash fixed — IllegalStateException: Already resumed could hit when requestPurchase was invoked twice in rapid succession (e.g. double-tap on the purchase button) because the shared billing callback slot was being overwritten. Google-side now uses AtomicReference with compareAndSet, so a racing second call fails fast with OpenIapError.DeveloperError instead of stranding the first continuation. (hyodotdev/openiap#94)
• Subscription replacement mode values now track native Billing constants — The Kotlin-side mapping is sourced directly from BillingFlowParams.ProductDetailsParams.SubscriptionProductReplacementParams.ReplacementMode instead of hand-typed integers, so it cannot drift if Google renumbers the values. (hyodotdev/openiap#92)
