Malformed .hyperi-ci.yaml (#497): language detection used to skip a config file it could not parse without a word. It now warns, naming the file, and falls back to marker detection as before.
ASCII output (#502): log lines, ::warning:: / ::error:: annotations and workflow step names now use -- and -> where they used typographic dashes and arrows. Anything that matched those messages by exact text needs the ASCII form.
Everything else in this release is hyperi-ci's own CI, tests and docs: its test runs no longer leak annotations, and its docs are lint-clean.
