Decide on a commit message format

We are pretty inconsistent right now, so we should either decide to use a specific format/prefix or just use no prefix, because it looks kind of weird otherwise.

I've been following https://github.com/angular/angular.js/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md#commit

Which supposedly would allow generating a nice changelog.
