Changed
- A release can be retried one step at a time. Publishing the GitHub
release, the per-platform packages, and the launcher are separate steps. The
launcher waits up to ten minutes for those platform packages to appear on
npm, and a failed step can be run again without rebuilding or repeating a
step that already succeeded.
