Why: developer-ecosystem@baab1534 had 69 stale mode-160000 gitlinks with no .gitmodules entries. The per-link SD005 :critical findings were emitted individually, but the *count* (which is what actually causes actions/checkout post-job cleanup to startup_failure on git submodule foreach) was never surfaced as a single actionable signal. A maintainer had to manually diagnose the root cause from the startup_failure log. Change: sd005_orphan_gitlinks/1 now emits one additional summary finding at severity :high when orphan_count > 5, with reason text that explicitly names "actions/checkout post-job cleanup will startup_failure". The threshold constant is @orphan_gitlink_checkout_failure_threshold = 5. Per-link :critical findings are still emitted for each path. Tests: three new ExUnit cases cover (a) no gitlinks → empty, (b) count=6 → summary present with correct fields, (c) count=5 (at threshold) → no summary.
