Commits the dangling working-tree changes that belonged to this branch's
manifest-depth-numbering work (13 docs/governance/**/AI-MANIFEST.a2ml version
fields). No content/logic change beyond the depth-version alignment; no
transfinite/ordinal material. Tidies the local checkout to a clean tree.

Closing in favour of a tracked issue — the 30-file manifest renumbering is stale/conflicting vs main and needs re-applying on current main, not a force-rebase. Branch preserved.
