Instance States

ServerFabric tracks process state and readiness state.

Common states

STOPPED
STARTING
RUNNING
STOPPING
START_TIMEOUT
CRASHED
BROKEN

Meaning

`STOPPED`

Instance is not running.

`STARTING`

Process has been launched, but readiness has not yet been confirmed.

`RUNNING`

Instance is considered ready.

`STOPPING`

A graceful stop was requested.

`START_TIMEOUT`

The server did not become ready in time.

`CRASHED`

The process exited unexpectedly.

`BROKEN`

The proxy could not properly resolve/read the instance state.
