Critical fixes: Narwhal channel deadlock (root cause of ~300-block stalls), Bullshark liveness wave skip, validator address derivation (SHA256→Keccak256), consensus-aware auto-updater with staggered restarts. All nodes with --auto-update upgrade automatically within 5 minutes.
