16GB-Mac MoE fleet + qwen3.6-35b default-serving fix.

  • qwen3.6-35b-a3b -> 13.25GB asym 2-bit-expert GGUF + mtp:false: fixes the live 5.84.0 IQ4_XS+MTP cold-load wedge so the default MoE finally serves + fits a 16GB Mac (served id unchanged; prismMoeDefault invariant intact).
  • gemma4-12b QAT default + SWA KV budget fix (~5.8x un-pessimization) + honest KV-budget surfacing.
  • 3 new 16GB-tier asym MoE models (honest-off): qwen3-coder-30b-a3b, qwen3-30b-a3b-instruct-2507, glm-4.7-flash.
  • dropped qwen3-235b-a22b (unrunnable on the node fleet).
    Rides prism-b9605 (no OTA bump).
