Settings grew an About tab: an animated hero with the app version, license, and source links, the stack Hyprfeed is built with, and the release notes + full changelog rendered right inside the app — so you can see what changed after every update without leaving your reader.

Added

  • About tab in settings: hero, "Built with" tech grid, and in-app Release notes & Changelog rendered from RELEASE_NOTES.md / CHANGELOG.md
  • RELEASE_NOTES.md — plain-English notes alongside the technical changelog
  • Full docker-compose example embedded in the README

Changed

  • Settings modal now keeps a fixed height — switching tabs no longer resizes it
  • Version/license line moved from the Account pane into the About tab
