Describe the bug

Since rethonk landed, togglesplit and swapsplit functionality has been broken.

Both dispatchers do exactly nothing now.

Reproduction steps

1. Open 2 tiled windows on a dwindle workspace
2. Attempt to toggle the split orientation or swap the windows
3. Nothing happens

not a regression. These were unlisted and deprecated for a long while. Use layoutmsg.

Thx. They worked fine until recent commits. Didn't notice the deprecation noted anywhere.

Simply changing binds to use layoutmsg is all that was required to fix this:

bind = $mainMod, j, layoutmsg, togglesplit
bind = $mainMod SHIFT, j, layoutmsg, swapsplit
