Title: Apps crash when switching monitor input source

Description:
When switching the input source on an external monitor (without
physically unplugging the cable), apps assigned to workspaces on
that monitor crash. This does not happen when physically unplugging
and replugging the cable.

Setup:

Laptop display: eDP-1
External monitor connected via HDMI: HDMI-A-1
Workspaces 1-3 bound to HDMI-A-1
Codium bound to workspace 2 (on HDMI-A-1)
Hyperpaper running as wallpaper daemon

Steps to reproduce:

Start Hyprland with external monitor connected
Switch monitor input source to another device (without

unplugging HDMI)

Switch back to laptop input

Expected: Apps survive the input switch
Actual: hyperpaper and codium crash

Workaround:
Physically unplugging and replugging HDMI does NOT trigger
the crash. Only switching monitor input source without
unplugging causes it.

Additional info:

This did not happen before Lua config integration
Hyprland version: 0.55.2
