Description

If I maximize grouped(stacked) window and then switching between windows - after every switch I'm seeing animation of "window maximize"
i would expect to see this animation once when I maximize stacked window and not after execute of changegroupactive

How to reproduce

1. Create 2 windows.
2. Make one of them grouped (togglegroup)
3. Add one (or more) window to grouped
4. maximize grouped window (fullscreen 1)
5. Switch between windows in group (changegroupactive b/f) few times
   I'm seeing animation for every issued changegroupactive on step 5. There's also additional flickering, but looks like depends on application (different for firefox and chrome, for example).
