Initial public release of Memory Forest.

Highlights:

  • seven-layer local memory contract from Life Archive through ISTM
  • private-by-default macOS and Linux CLI
  • structural validation and required parent wikilink audit
  • local SQLite FTS5 route and search index
  • route-only output by default with explicit fresh body reads
  • synthetic reference forest, privacy audit, documentation, and companion Codex skill

The release contains no private Aria memory, prompts, logs, automation, or user data. The v0.1 CLI uses flat bounded FTS candidate routing; root-first hierarchy traversal remains part of the documented full method and roadmap.
