Whats changed

• fix Xiaohongshu long-text note image localization so sns-webpic-*.xhscdn.com/...!nd_dft... images are rewritten to local media paths when download is enabled
• align body image mapping with cover image mapping by normalizing media URLs before lookup
• add the 除权除息 long-text note as an XHS smoke regression case and keep the skill script aligned
