• Fix: On macOS, conversation file links open in Finder instead of showing an application error. Directories open directly, files are selected, and unavailable or remote paths show an in-app notice (#28, #29).
• Fix: Bare relative file links with line numbers, such as main.rs:11, resolve against the session project and respect remote-session restrictions.
