What's New
Reusable role procedures are skills now (GP-1043)
Five of the six shipped agents become skills. gutt-pro-memory stays an agent by a
deliberate sequencing decision: its memory orchestration and identity behaviour earn their
own migration, and it is the stable compatibility point while the others moved.
Memory identity moves with them. It now belongs to a named workflow rather than to a
file type, so an org-writing skill declares metadata.memory-identity and carries the same
contract an agent did — registration, own-scope-then-group recall, and a tagged write.
Migrated workflows keep their existing identity bases, so memory already scoped to them
stays reachable.
Breaking edge of a minor release.
gutt-pro:agent-creatoris removed as a callable
subagent_type. Its replacement is thegutt-pro:component-creatorskill. A call that
passes the old name will fail after updating.
New
gutt-core/skills/component-creator/— skills-first component design and scaffolding,
keeping theagent-creatormemory identitygutt-mentor/skills/mentor/,gutt-mentor/skills/onboarding-guide/— tracked

gutt-developer/skills/bug-investigation/,pr-re-review/— thebug-investigator

workflows; every identity block now carries the scope-resolution order inline instead of
only naming the skill that holds ittemplates/role-plugin/— ships a named writer skill by defaulttests/check-role-plugin.cjs— validates memory metadata and the identity, Grounding

Other changes
gutt-developer0.3.0,gutt-mentor0.2.0.gutt-productis unchanged at 0.2.1.- Identity behaviour is now measured rather than asserted: the
bug-investigationand
pr-re-revieweval suites score registration, the scope the environment resolves to, the
scoped recall and the tagged write.
Known gap
Scope resolution prefers the working directory's name over the git remote in roughly 4 to 6
of 18 measured trials. The registered identity is still distinct and still well-formed, so
nothing is pooled or lost; the cost is that two checkouts of one repository under different
directory names register as two identities. It belongs to the shared identity convention
rather than to any migrated skill, and is tracked for a follow-up.
