fix(mcp): default ISP writes to the active profile, verify after write

Same profile-gating fix as the SDK/skill (c0c6451): set_image_settings
used to require scene_id and returned bare success, so agents could
write an inactive /image/0 profile and see no effect.

- scene_id omitted -> resolves to nightToDay.iProfileCur (the profile
  the camera is currently using); explicit 0/1/2 pre-configures an
  inactive profile; missing iProfileCur or malformed profile is an error
- the tool now returns {section, changed, state, scene_id?} with the
  section re-read after the PUT as proof of application
- exposure_gain range corrected to 1-128 (dashboard slider bounds)
- bump to 2.3.0 in lockstep with the SDK
