What's new

• Fixed the sidecar crash bug: if the built-in engine sidecar process dies or its IPC pipe closes mid-session (the "os error 232 / Activation error: sidecar write failed" issue), the Tauri bridge now detects the dead sidecar, automatically respawns it, and retries the pending request. No more stuck activation or frozen tools.
• Engine and bridge now reconnect cleanly after the sidecar is restarted mid-run.

• Profile Scanner (Lookup tab) is now fully functional: scans Instagram/TikTok profiles and returns display name, bio, verified/private status, posts, followers, following, and join date
• Fixed a browser context error (�ccept_language TypeError) that broke profile scanning, engagement, and other lookup tools whenever TLS Fingerprinting was enabled
• Linux build now bundles the Chromium version matching the engine (chromium-1134)
• macOS build (Apple Silicon, unsigned, requires macOS 11+) - web-based features only, no local browser automation yet
