Highlights

Added

  • Update check — a "New version" badge in the title bar (click to open the download page), manual check in Settings → About; publishing a release only needs one Worker variable

Security

  • Host key fingerprint enforcement everywhere — test-connection shares the same fingerprint confirmation dialog; every connection path without a fingerprint callback fails closed, eliminating all bypasses
  • Host passwords encrypted at rest — DPAPI (per-user) ciphertext in hosts.json, legacy plaintext upgrades automatically; decryption failure (account switch / new machine) keeps the original ciphertext instead of silently wiping it
  • Remote-delivered link allowlist — announcement/purchase/update links open only over http(s); announcement text capped at 2000 characters
  • Statistics API (Worker) — token travels via the Authorization header with constant-time comparison; Worker re-deploy required

Fixed

  • Remote config (announcements, badge, purchase link) applies on restart instead of waiting out the 24h cache
  • A corrupted hosts.json is backed up automatically with a timestamp; the host panel shows the path for recovery
  • Transfer-queue pause is zero-CPU (signal gate) instead of 100ms polling; suspended tasks wake immediately on stop
  • Settings writes debounced into 500ms batches; pending changes flushed on app exit
  • Language-change listeners paired with dialog lifetime (no more hanging delete-confirm/rename dialogs)
