Opt-in debug log for troubleshooting (off by default). Includes the 2.10.1 startup race fix: event processing waits for the metadata cache to finish indexing.

Fixes wrong links appearing after restarting Obsidian: event processing now waits for the metadata cache to finish indexing, and folder-note discovery reads the disk instead of the lazy in-memory tree. Also includes the 2.10.0 auto-update toggle.

New Behavior section in settings: 'Update links automatically' (on by default). Turn it off to make TreeKeeper fully manual — links only change when you run the commands. Also includes the v2.9.1 self-healing sync drains.

Fixes a real multi-device edge case: events processed against a half-synced vault view could link deep notes into a higher-level MOC. Drained event batches now re-verify every touched MOC against the full vault and correct any such links automatically.
