On Foxxeer's web site, the Mini V4 is a 20x20 board. The Mini X8 vs is a different, 30x30 board. Here's th documentation for the Mini X8: https://www.foxeer.com/foxeer-f722-v4-flight-controller-x8-dji-type-c-g-446
Looking at the target code, the X8 firmware just might work on the 20x20 Mini board too. You could try it and see. |

You could certainly TRY the X8 target. It looks like it MIGHT work. You could also set the ESC as a "servo", with throttle input. That's if you already have that board and need to use it. If you're looking for an inexpensive board to BUY, Blueberry make a line that is inexpensive. Also, you mentioned three servos. Three servos or three servo channels? |

Thanks again for all your time and help. I agree it looks like the X8 target may work on the F722V4 Mini. Looks like the Flywoo F722 Pro V2 is going to be a better option for around the same price. I am also still searching for a light weight option with build-in ELRS. Thanks, |

Looking for setup help with using a Foxeer F722V4 Mini with the X8 target for a plane with 3-servos and 1-motor.
The FoxeerF722V4_X8 has 4-Motor Outputs across two timers on the ribbon cable connector. I assume that I would assign both of these timers (timers-1 and 8) as servos and connect my three servos to the ribbon cable.
If I then assign the remaining timer (timer-2) to motors, I can use the S7-output for the motor. Unfortunately, there is no documentation showing the S7 output PIN on the flight controller. I assume it would be the RX2 PIN. It would be great if someone could confirm this is correct or if there is a better option for this controller.
Thanks,
