• Add stable shared CLI/MCP dispatchers and one-command published-release updates across registered projects, with version checks, preflight, backups and retained old runtimes.
• Redirect backed-up legacy entry scripts in managed release folders so cached client commands cannot restart the retired engine.
• Migrate registered project connections during a one-time bootstrap upgrade; stop only verified CodeMemory MCP processes and matched parser workers with process identity revalidation. Preserve project scope and avoid bulk indexing.
• Fix advisory unlock attempts by non-owners, add contention backoff and distinguish BUSY from ERROR. Mark known stale query results incomplete and report the served generation.
• Add two-project upgrade/process-isolation acceptance checks on native Windows/macOS/Linux and database lock/staleness regressions. Open clients still require reconnecting after upgrade.
