First version of the OptimusEncode app
no GUI at this moment
features:
Checks for codecs of all files in the given directory
Display number of files found for each codec (currently only h264, h265, and "others")
Display total size of each group of codec files (in human readable format)
Gives an option to encode the h264 codec media files
Encodes the files using a Handbrake based json file
