Problem
The long-term product needs a way to create branded looks, save them, and reuse them as OBS scenes.
Outcomes
- Operators can create/edit looks with 16:9 canvas, participant slots, screenshare slots, backgrounds/images, lower thirds, borders, opacity, shadows, and rounded corners.
- Looks save as template JSON and can be applied to OBS.
- Built-in templates cover 1-8 sources plus speaker + screenshare.
Acceptance criteria
- New look can be created from scratch, saved, reloaded, and applied to OBS.
- Background images are packaged/referenced predictably.
- Template catalog tests validate slot counts and source/layer ordering.
