• easw link offers to set up the shell hook when it isn't set up yet, so plain eas commands follow project links too. Press Enter to accept, or pass --no-hook-prompt to skip the question. Without a terminal it only prints a tip.

Changed

• The README, docs website and demo GIF lead with keeping plain eas: add your accounts, run easw hook once, link each project, then use eas as usual. Typing easw instead is shown as the alternative.
• Detecting an existing hook on Windows no longer needs to start PowerShell.
