The 0.3.0 JitPack build only published the Gradle plugin halves; the
runtime AAR (deviceintelligence:0.3.0) is missing. Any external
consumer applying `id("io.ssemaj.deviceintelligence") version "0.3.0"`
hits a 404 on the auto-injected runtime dependency.

0.3.1 restores `includeBuild("deviceintelligence-gradle")` in
settings.gradle.kts so the JitPack `:deviceintelligence:publishToMavenLocal`
job can evaluate `samples/minimal` (which applies our plugin) before
the plugin itself is published. No public API change versus 0.3.0.

If you tried 0.3.0 and got a Gradle sync error on
`com.github.iamjosephmj.DeviceIntelligence:deviceintelligence:0.3.0`,
bump to 0.3.1.
