• Track Claude Code Desktop sessions. vibe hooks install registers session hooks in ~/.claude/settings.json and sessions are recorded automatically, with the same idle exclusion rules as terminal sessions. vibe hooks uninstall removes them. (#14, thanks @joshuanwankwo)
• Hook sessions closed by the 30 minute idle timeout now resume correctly when activity continues in the same Claude session.
