Before opening a ticket, update to the current release, reproduce the problem with a default theme where practical, and check the browser console and WordPress debug log.

Open a support request in GitHub Issues and include:

WordPress and PHP versions
Plugin version
Reproduction steps
Relevant logs with secrets and personal data removed
