Open a support request in GitHub Issues and include:

WordPress and PHP versions
Plugin version
Available disk space and approximate site size
The failure stage and sanitized PHP/WordPress logs

Never attach a real backup archive, database dump, credentials, tokens, or customer data to a public issue.
