UTM Audit Skill v0.1.0

First public release of utm-audit, a focused Agent Skill for reviewing
campaign URLs without inventing missing campaign meaning.

Highlights:

• normalizes existing UTM values while preserving business parameters and fragments;
• reports missing, duplicate, unknown, and inconsistent tracking fields;
• redacts obvious email and phone data from reports;
• produces deterministic pass, warn, or fail results;
• includes a reproducible example, 12 automated tests, and an explicit evaluation note.

The checker is local-only: it does not fetch destinations or modify campaigns.
