Ghost v0.23.10 — simple AI health message

Patch on v0.23.9.

The AI provider health check appended the internal model-inventory dump (Estate: primary:…(cloud)) to the user-visible message. The inventory stays available server-side for owner diagnostics; the UI copy is now just which model is ready, plus any missing-credential warning.

Verified live on the appliance: AI is ready (deepseek-v4-flash). Tests updated to forbid the internal wording in messages. go build/vet, pkg/doctor tests PASS.
